His journey began at a young age when he undertook his trade, quickly rising through the ranks to become a trade-qualified exterior plasterer — A rarity in an industry that often overlooks the importance of technical expertise. Phil’s commitment to mastering every aspect of the trade led him to study for a diploma in Quantity Surveying and work with a leading national and Australasian cladding company, honing his skills and technical knowledge. With a wealth of industry experience and specialist skills, Phil established Procladd to offer unparalleled expertise and craftsmanship in the greater Auckland region.
